Abstract :
Statistical process control(SPC) which is widely used in manufacturing industry, here, is introduced into the field of traffic management. According to the special characteristics of traffic management, dynamic and improved SPC algorithm based on time series and probability is built. By applying this algorithm and public IT platform, a scientific and utilizable traffic accidents alarm and control system is established. At last, two cases used this algorithm are discussed.
