Abstract :
Based on the flow calculation theory, according to the different requirements on controlling the refrigerant flow in the automotive air conditioning system, the linear design model of the valve head was established based on the sub-segment flow characteristics of the conical valve head, the control strategy of the conical valve head was put forward on the sub-segment flow characteristics. Using Matlab/Simulink, these performance curves on the multi-stage valve head of the automotive air conditioning system were simulated such as the structural parameters of the multi-stage valve head, performance parameters of the refrigerant flow coefficient, the flow area of the electronic expansion valve and the refrigerant flow coefficient. The results showed that: the design model of the electronic expansion valve was reasonable, it could optimize the performance parameters of the electronic expansion valve; the numerical control processing Strategy had the good resolving power and could provide the design and processing methods for the mass production of electronic expansion valve.
