Abstract
Space extreme ultraviolet solar telescope (EUT) is payload of polar-orbiting satellite. The main mechanics environments that EUT has to stand are dynamic environments in the process of transfer, launch, such as vibration, shock, acceleration and noise. By way of CAE technology, mechanics environments of EUT structure are simulated. Through the analysis of modal, acceleration stress response, shock stress response, sine vibration response and deformation under its own weight, static and dynamic stiffness and dynamical response of EUT are analyzed with Msc.nastran FEM software. The research results indicate that EUT has high static and dynamic stiffness and has the ability to avoid external disturbance and damage during launch and dynamic experiment. The design of EUT is feasible. It also confirms CAE analysis has important signification for payload development, engineering decision and general space engineering design.
