Research on the Running Security System of China´s Security Housing Policy

This paper aims to explore the security system that ensures the favoring implementation of China´s security housing policy. This paper analyzes the flaws and causes that arising in implementation of the security housing policy, and sort out the relationship between related parties of security housing policy,then establish the running security system including capital protection, land protection, legal protection and monitoring and evaluating mechanism.
