Abstract :
This paper describes the results, obtained through the investigation of an 18-19 GHz low-noise FET amplifier, developped in the Institute of Electronics of Bulgarian Academy of Sciences. The amplifier will be used in the experiments, connected with the propagation of microwaves and the effects of rain on their attenuation.
