Abstract :
It has great significance that monitoring temperature and pressure of reactor in chemical experiments and industrial production. In this paper, computer and intelligence instrument are connected by field bus into a small distributed control system, than, develop the on-line monitoring software for reactor based on LabVIEW platform, It has data collection, display, storage and analysis functions, and it can alarm when the value of temperature or pressure exceeds the upper limit.
