Abstract :
An improved model for the impedance seen by the diode in a millimeter waveguide mixer mount has been developed using a low frequency mount. The developed impedance model has been proven to be sufficient to give a good agreement between calculated and experimental noise performance of a cryogenic mm-wave Schottky mixer.
