Abstract
A high efficiency tripler is described covering the 195-235 GHz range With a peak efficiency of 10.5%. Maximum efficiency occurs for an input power of 15-30 mW. Maximum output power over most of this range is 3-4 mW. Construction is fairly simple and uses a coaxial choke for ease of assembly. Work with a 100 GHz scale model indicates a much greater bandwidth is possible.
