Abstract :
Temperature and humidity (T&H) are two important index in the industry production, which affect the normal progress of the production technics and the improvement of the product qualities directly, the real-time acquisition system of temperature and humidity(T&H) has been designed. In this paper, ADμC812 Single Chip Microcomputer is introduced, which is producted by AD Inc.. By using high precision high precision A/D and D/A transmitter of ADμC812, which reduce the bulk of circuit, this system can collect real-time temperature and humidity (T&H) at using field, through the serial interface and PC to realize the data transmission and receive. This paper focused on the system whole structure, hardware, software design, system communication project, the system can realise the data read and the data storage, display, as well as to deal with, Consumer can ahead setup controlled range of the T&H, output corresponding over bounding warning and controlling signal. Results show that the system hardware is simple, the system has fast data acquisition and good stability and certain using value, applied to the fields of weather, industry, agriculture where the T&H must be controlled occasions.
