Abstract :
In order to monitor and control the temperature rising test of the power transformer, this thesis designs the monitoring and controlling system of transformer temperature rising test. This system adopts the ATmega128 of AVR Microcontroller as the master controller to read, collect and transfer the data of the chip, and use ATT7022B Chip to collect the voltage and current that are applied to the tested transformer, and then calculate the active power and the storage of the data by the inner integrator and calculator. The system achieves automatic regulation of the transformer by controlling the switch circuit which connects with the microcontroller parallel. The microcontroller achieves serial communication with the position machine through the MAX232E. The system uses the C programming language and the operational rate is faster and the system is more stable. The experimental results show that the system improves the degree of automation of the temperature rising test of the power transformer and it is more reliable.
