Abstract :
A collection of eight different CMOS EXOR (exclusive OR) gates is presented. The circuit implementations of these EXOR gates range from three to a dozen transistors. A circuit diagram, layout size, and simulation results from LSIM, SPICE, and IRSIM are given for each of the circuits
