Abstract :
Based on the shortage of the current permanent magnet synchronous motor rotor position detecting method, using an incremental encoder without detecting the UVW´s position, a method of the initial position of permanent magnet synchronous motor rotor was introduced in this paper. Through the motor inflict any stator current vector, according to the motor turning, changing the direction of current vector to get the initial position of the rotor. The algorithm is simple and high accuracy. Its principle and realizing method are analyzed in this paper, and the experimental results are given.
