Abstract :
EVA is an index of performance evaluating the corporate value. This paper builds a serial of models about dynamic value and split value of total human capital, figures out synthetic relative value of personal human capital by using the system of BSC and making use of the method of AHP, thereby works out performance-related pay and long term incentive scheme.
