Abstract
The article apply four kinds of human\´s behavioral basic theory to analyze and propose that the biggest disadvantage of Chinese education and teaching is ignore to train students\´ inner directed behavior, otherwise, strengthen students\´ confirm behavior. The writer consider that the inevitable demand and channel of innovative education is to train students\´ inner directed behavior, but dilute confirm behavior. The article refer the core of teaching objection is to train student\´s inner directed behavior and the spirit of innovation, contact the practice as the basis of training and teaching content, design independent study and creation as the center of teaching methods, to create "democracy and harmony" as the essence of the teaching environment, organize students raise and solve problem independently as the soul of teaching and learning activities, take incentives as the main means of learning assessment, The writer think mutual respect and mutual love between teachers and students is the necessary conditions to train students of the autonomy.
