Abstract :
This high temperature creep and rupture strength testing machine is a technical equipment, which use in determining the metallic material the high temperature performance under certain temperature and the constant load function. The electric control system´s core part is Siemens S7200 PLC. Each PLC can not only work independently but also be possible carried on the centralized management through the RS 485 communication interface and the PC networking. Using the monitoring software, the PLC technology as well as the PID control algorithm, realizes the displacement data acquisition, the heating furnace temperature automatic modulation and the visualization control.
