Abstract :
This paper describes the design of a portable thermometer. The main contents include measurement schemes based on thermistor, hardware and software design, sensor calibration and data processing. System hardware design includes MSP430F47116 microcontroller as the core of the system, signal amplification and A/D conversion circuit design. Based on the hardware, through the software design and nonlinear correction algorithm, a high accuracy has been realized. The experimental results show that the system absolute accuracy within ±0.02°C, low power consumption makes the battery life can be achieved one year.
