Abstract :
The collaboration of enterprises to gain the maximum profit is the trend of the modern enterprise. In today´s economy the competition is shifting from individual company performance to supply chain performance. In the customers-orient market strategy, service is not only the last phase of a product life, but also exists through out the whole life cycle. The service for the supply chain´s end-customer is not only the duty of the last chain enterprise, but is also the whole supply chain business. The supply chain consists of a service chain to serve the customers. This paper discusses the form and main content of a service chain and an integration scheme of the service chain management platform. Finally, some of the problems needed to be solved in the subsequent research are outlined.
