  • Abstract
    A computer-aided design procedure is presented for active mm-wave circuits in integrated fin-line. Gunn-elements and IMPATT diodes are treated in free-running oscillators, stabilized local oscillators, injection-locked amplifiers, and electronically tuned oscillators. The theoretical results are partly verified by measurements.
