Abstract :
In this paper, the problems of process monitoring and optimal control in alcohol production enterprises are presented. Our process monitoring program is designed using the standard languages VB and VC together with the industrial configuration software. We also explore the optimal process control strategy based on both static and dynamic simulation models. The implementation details of these two proposed schemes under a CIMS information integration environment are also given.
