Abstract :
E-commercialization and artificial intelligence approach are the development trends of manufacturing teleservice systems. In this paper, the authors show how to implement and integrate an agent-mediated teleservice application on the J2EE platform, and realize an e-commercialized teleservice. An ontology application for the teleservice system is also discussed.
