Abstract
RAMS (reliability, availability, maintainability and safety) management is widely used in foreign rail industry. In order to promote the standardization and internationalization of development of maglev train industry, and realize the safety and benefit goal, it is necessary to study RAMS management. According to reliability index system of maglev train, basic reliability and task reliability will be reliability index parameters of maglev train system on the basis of referring to the current situation of international standards, and modelling and measurement of two kinds of reliability parameters are described. Therefore, it can lay foundation not only to satisfy users´ needs but also to satisfy index values and operational verification of technology.
