Abstract :
A maintenance management assessment system for rural highway is mainly researched, in which the sub module of the daily maintenance management, technological and safety condition state of rural highway, and level of rural highway net are incorporated. In addition, the expert knowledge are inserted in the system, the multi-layer neural network and fuzzy-set theory are used to implement maintenance management assessment for rural highway, and the feasibility and effectiveness of the assessment system are finally verified by practical rural highway.
