  • Abstract
Preliminary investigations of dielectric constant, loss tangent and electrical conductivity of zinc oxide pellets have been done at 50??C for signal frequency varying from 1 kHz to 5 MHz. The dielectric constant and dielectric loss tangent both decrease with increase in the frequency of the ac signal, whereas the electrical conductivity increases.
