Abstract
This article presents a novel dual band antenna design in which each band is controlled by complementary split-ring resonators (CSRR) or complement electric-LC resonators (CELC). The design method to control the antenna resonance frequency by changing the effective permittivity and effective permeability is proposed. Details of the proposed antenna are presented, with full-wave simulation results to support the design.
