Abstract :
The traditional frequency welding machine has many shortcomings, such as high energy consumption, large volume, poor welding performance, so it has been unable to meet the needs of various industries, thus we need to develop a better performance alternative product. In recent years, PWM chips are widely used in arc welding power source and because there is a series of fuzzy features in welding process, such as nonlinear, time distortion and uncertainty, so this paper proposes a novel fuzzy control used in PWM welder power source. Experimental results show that this kind of system can obtain a better welding effect.
