Abstract :
The analysis and testing for electromagnetic compatibility of WLAN used in medical environment are made in this paper. According to working principles of medical devices and WLAN equipment, the testing data and results are analyzed. The conclusion for the EMC is that WLAN is suitable for the medical environment, if its design and use are reasonable. The methods for WLAN equipment and medical devices working well in medical environment are proposed.
