Abstract :
Contactors are the low-voltage electrical products which are widely used, mainly for motor control. With the level of industrial automation improved further, we have more and more demands on the performance and life of contactors. A structure of asynchronous modular contactor suitable for fast closed-loop control is proposed, analyzing the DC solenoid electromagnet which is used for control system with magnetic circuit in this paper. Discussing and analyzing the influence structural parameters put on dynamic characteristics especially for dynamic suction, this paper presents measures for reducing the operating time of solenoid.
