Abstract :
Sensitivity analysis is used to relate the electrical performance of an interdigital linear phase filter to manufacturing tolerances. A tuning procedure is presented in which the cross coupling between adjacent resonators is adjusted by the use of dielectric film to cover the slots in the mutual ground plane.
