Abstract :
A brief description of the measurement chain linking the CO2 /OsO4 secondary frequency standard to the primary frequency standard is given. The measured frequency stability shows that the measurement system reaches the flicker floor of the secondary frequency standard, below the 10-14 level in 100 s. Results of a year of absolute frequency measurements of a CO2/OsO4 mid infrared secondary frequency standard are reported
