Abstract :
As complex change of steam condition during the unit´s start-up and stop process, the operators need to on-line monitor turbine´s thermal condition, but now there is no effective ways to measure it. We establish the mathematic modals of temporary temperature and stress fields for turbine rotor by Finite Element Method, and program the Thermal Condition Monitor System using distribute FEM, visual software, etc. The software is applied to #5 Unit of HUNJIANG power plant, it realizes on-line monitor and analyze about temperature and stress fields of rotor during all kinds of condition, supplies reasonable suggestions for operators to do, raises up the safety and economic level of power plant units.
