In order to liberate logistics operation management of urban solid waste from government agencies and realize “separate government from enterprises”, the management of urban solid waste logistics operation should be made a shift from the passive management of the end into the active management of the whole logistics process. Referring to the development experience of foreign urban waste logistics and combined with the status and characteristics of urban waste logistics development, the article analyses the relationship of interests equilibrium among the various entities related to the urban solid waste logistics with the theory and methods of the game. Meanwhile, the paper optimizes logistics operation management system of urban solid waste and discusses the establishment of the market-oriented, industry-based mechanism of urban solid waste logistics in China. Then it proposes a practical and efficient system for the management of solid waste logistics operation.
