Abstract
The application of two-optical-beams method for measurement of steering beam angle and velocity of surface acoustic wave (SAW) propagated in anisotropic solid is considered. The method is based on results of theoretical and experimental investigation of a simultaneous two light beam diffraction by a SAW in crystals. On the basis of carrying out analysis update of measuring technique, an algorithm of data processing and software for the determination of a SAW steering beam angle and also phase and group SAW velocities measurement are carried out. Experimental measurement of steering beam angle for the SAW propagating at 74.8° angle with respect to X-axis of LiNbO3 shows good agreement with calculated data
