Abstract

Comprehensive Bonded Zone is a special custom supervision area relying on virtual port, which has some main functions such as customs clearance, bonded logistics, international trade and so on. Its unique advantage of tax rebate policy and regulatory has an enormous appeal to the export-oriented goods. This paper takes a comprehensive bonded zone-Suzhou Industrial Park for example, uses grey relational analysis between comprehensive bonded zone and regional economic development, and proves that the former has a great role in promoting the latter. Finally, this paper puts forward some suggestions on Comprehensive Bonded Zone development.
