Abstract :
Compared with conventional power generation, random energy such as Wind power, small hydropower, etc has the advantage of less pollution and no coal consumption, but it´s intermittent and uncertainty will bring a certain extent to the economic dispatch, reserve and peak load program when the random power parallel in the grid. The paper considers the characteristics of random power, based on genetic algorithm optimizes scheduling model, improves reserve and peak load program.
