Abstract :
A quantitative study has been performed on a series of typical fluctuation events. Curves are shown, establishing a relationship between the fluctuations variance and the 35 GHz sky noise temperature. The study of fluctuations superimposed on attenuation has also been undertaken, but no definite results have been obtained yet. A careful analysis of the events yields as a conclusion that the fluctuations do affect neither the discrimination nor the phase of the signals. Spectra have been calculated, confirming earlier conclusions.
