Abstract :
The mathematical model of the kinetic theory of creep of constructional materials is written out, from which as the special cases already known experimentally proved theories is followed. The mechanical sense of damage parameter is specified. The generalized criterion of prolonged strength of materials allowing is offered to take into account a way complex loadings and to estimate its influence on duration before destruction of elements of constructions. In case of the stationary stress state or simple loading from the generalized criterion the known criteria follow, as special cases already.
