Abstract :
Segmentation of digital image is an important link in digital image processing. According to the improved algorithm of PCNN´s basic simplified model (Pulse Coupled Neural Network, PCNN) and the theory of immune algorithm the paper has studied the realization of intelligent OTSU image segmentation method and made a design of the OTSU image segmentation immune algorithm with self-adaptive determination of parameters. Through experimentation the algorithm has been proved effective and achieved a good result.
