Abstract :
Enterprise training is a very useful method to improve comprehensive quality of staff and to enhance the enterprise´s core competitiveness, so the effect of training is the emphasis for an enterprise. In the paper, the multilevel comprehensive gray evaluation model is proposed to analyze training effect quantitatively in enterprises. Through case analyses, a reliable quantitative conclusion be get which is used to training program selection and ordering. Multilevel comprehensive gray evaluation model applied to evaluation of enterprise training effect enrich the evaluation of training theory and model, and it can be used to evaluate training effect with the same content in different time, different content in the same time, and different content in different time.
