Abstract :
An analytical technique is developed and applied to calculate and interpret the nonreciprocal transmission characteristics of a circular guide containing passive semiconductor magneto-plasma. Possible applications of the structure for construction of practical nonreciprocal devices for millimeter range are discussed.
