  • Abstract
    As an important link of the internal logistics process in enterprise production, the efficiency of AS/RS (Automated Storage and Retrieval System) is crucial. Slotting optimization is an effective way to improve it. Comparison studies on many kinds of optimization algorithms have done in this paper and a new algorithm based on VEGA (Virus Evolutionary Genetic Algorithm) has been presented. Analysis and comparison by example its´ computational efficiency has been improved significantly compared to traditional genetic algorithm, so it is better meet the actual needs of the scene.
