The geosites resources in Qingjiang Basin has been paid more attention in recently, especially its large-scale karst tourist resources. Impelled from economic interest, more and more people have applied to exploit these natural resources. Moreover, as a nonrenewable resource, the job of protection is important for development, so bow to protection within the development has become the focus now. In the paper, the author introduce geological background of Qingjiang Basin firstly, in addition, the characteristics of its geosite resources is described briefly, next the main issues during the protection are presented, in connection with the problems, the author counters the proposals and measures as follows: 1. tight up management Bod promotion of geosite protection, and Improve its corresponding regulatory and legal system; 1. compile the protecting plan in the scope of whole basin; 3. give full play to market mechanism, establish the marketing system for exploitation and utilization of geosite resources.
