Abstract :
The screw pump is widely used in mining high-viscosity, high sand content and high gas content of the crude oil as an important method of the mechanical lift, the number of screw pump wells are increasing year by year. However, due to the lack of advanced diagnostic techniques, it is easily to cause unreasonable conditions, such as rod breaking, wax locking and pump burning etc. This paper selected rod torque, axial force as comparing parameters of stating Working Condition status, using diagnosis model to calculate reasonable area of two-parameters and comparing with the actual test data, can diagnose qualitatively the various situations, determining whether there is fault and failure analysis, achieving the purpose of scientific management screw pump wells ultimately.
