Notice of Retraction

Vessel´s accidents can bring severe pollution to marine environment. So it is significant for decreasing vessel´s accidents to protect marine. This paper applied Fault Tree Analysis Method to find the reason of grounding accidents in certain water area of China. By quantitative and qualitative analysis, the main reason leading to grounding accidents was find out. Finally, a series of safety management advice and measure was proposed according to the main reason of grounding accidents, which will be beneficial to the maritime managers.
