Abstract
In this paper, the Wave Iterative Method (WIM) is presented to analysis of microstrip lowpass elliptic filter. The principles of WIM is described, the advantages of the WIM is discussion. The two-dimension Fast Fourier Transformation (2D-FFT) is used to simplify calculations and to take the excellence of the spatial and spectral domain for analysis. The numerical results show a good agreement the efficiency and correctness of WIM.
