Abstract :
Memory product development is a multifunctional activity. With the ever-increasing demand for quality, on-time delivery, and demands for a larger number of products to be developed to capture design wins, enhanced emphasis is on complete product development flows with well-defined metrics. This paper describes a typical memory product development flow with a comprehensive metrics framework and analysis methods. The metrics framework caters to different stakeholders of the product development flow
