Abstract
Construction industry is the pillar industry and has made great contributions to the economic construction in China. Constructing enterprise as the implementer of construction entities, the key question to stay competitive is cost management and control. This paper analysis and control the construction cost from comprehensive unit price under the BQ mode and raise cost control points to ensure the normal running of cost.
