Abstract :
Summary form only given. Interoperability amongst federated networks and P2P systems is a major challenge for frameworks of e-commerce exchanges. Names for federated networks and circles of trust are not polymorphic. Moreover, they do not interoperate with P2P and wireless naming systems. We describe a fractal naming model for federated and P2P networks operating in e-commerce environments. The system supports multiple identities, single sign on, aggregates pseudonyms, identifies process and services, and integrates with P2P naming.
