Abstract :
Deconvolution algorithm is a very good method to do the signal reconstruction and system identification. The paper researched in pulse parameter measurement, by using of the deconvolution algorithm to calculate the time-domain characteristic of the signal source and the broadband sampling oscilloscope. The principle of the method was analyzed, the experiment and data processing were done by the method. And the comparision by swept-sine measurement in frequency-domain was also done.
