Abstract :
This paper designs an APPS for 3G mobile phone, which can upload its positional information after collection to the urban taxi management system; taxi management information system sets up a number of branching stations for the city, each branching station with several sub-stations, in order to group and manage the taxis; with the increasing popularity of 3G mobile terminals, it is convenient for taxi-callers to send requirement information to the taxi information management system through starting the APPS of the phone, thus, positions can be associated with each other, and it can easily solve the problem of correspondence between people and vehicles. Without doubt, taxi information management systems also need to know well the locations of each taxi. This paper describes the solution structure, technical problems of the entire system and the association of the related geographical position information systems.
