  • Abstract
The technology of innovative portal construction is presented. It is based on fine-grain modularity and through assembly of a distributed application from minimal source fragments that form a module and to components that constitute an application. The technology was applied to the construction of a portal prototype. It was shown that the created system is portable to software and hardware platforms. It has interoperability. It can be easily customized by a user, and provides efficient development of innovative projects by Internet based teams with the exploitation of the resources of Supercomputer Centers.
